Gran Estanplaza Berrini Hotel Sao Paulo

Charming, timeless look. Great breakfast options, live piano music. Nice balcony. Safe area, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Huge, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Nothing to fault.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a nice and safe area, with an underground mall just a short walk away. The hotel was also conveniently close to the World Trade Center of the city. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and was of great quality. the hotel had stunning views from the rooms, providing a pleasant experience for guests.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, which required me to send my clothes to be pressed at an additional cost.

The room was comfortable with a great bed and all necessary amenities. the location was convenient, near the business district and other office buildings. the buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel was quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive. the internet connection was unstable, constantly dropping.

Cleanliness was top notch with thorough sanitization measures. Hotel facilities were impressive and had a touch of old-fashioned charm. Transportation was convenient with taxis arranged by the professional staff. The location was ideal, being right next to the World Trade Center and an underground mall. The breakfast was excellent, with a pianist adding to the grand ambiance.

La grandeur de la villa avec sa piscine privée, son jardin joliment aménagé, et les petites attentions comme les fleurs dans la baignoire et le gâteau pour notre anniversaire. De plus, le petit déjeuner était délicieux et le personnel très serviable. La proximité de la plage et des commerces était également très pratique. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de prendre un chauffeur pour la journée à un prix abordable pour visiter les différentes attractions de cette ville.

I had a great stay at Gran Estanplaza Berrini. The breakfast was delicious, especially the "show kitchen." I loved the complimentary "afternoon cafe" in front of the elevators, it was the perfect snack at just the right time.

Although I enjoyed my stay, I did notice that the internet was very expensive and had a tendency to drop constantly. This was a drawback for me, but overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

the service provided by the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. the room had some exclusive advantages such as a private balcony which provided a beautiful view of the city.

The rooms were cozy with a fine design, and spacious for Sao Paulo standards. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, making my husband's birthday special with complementary gifts and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to shopping malls and restaurants, allowing us to experience the local culture and friendship. the Gran Estamplaza provided excellent facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay.

Best aspects include the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities, convenient location close to the World Trade Center and Berrini avenue, and the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the convenience store nearby for water bottles. We also enjoyed the calm area where the hotel is located, making for a peaceful stay.

Nothing it was perfect! We cannot find any negative aspects to our stay at this hotel.
