I recently stayed at a hotel located in a nice and safe area, with an underground mall just a short walk away. The hotel was also conveniently close to the World Trade Center of the city. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and was of great quality. the hotel had stunning views from the rooms, providing a pleasant experience for guests.
The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, which required me to send my clothes to be pressed at an additional cost.

The room was comfortable with a great bed and all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, near the business district and other office buildings.- The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The hotel was quite noisy, which was a bit disruptive. The internet connection was unstable, constantly dropping.

Cleanliness was top notch with thorough sanitization measures. Hotel facilities were impressive and had a touch of old-fashioned charm. Transportation was convenient with taxis arranged by the professional staff. The location was ideal, being right next to the World Trade Center and an underground mall. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. I loved the exclusive amenities provided in the rooms - it truly felt like a luxurious experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options available. The location was also very convenient for my needs.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of a Spa & wellness centre. However, the indoor swimming pool and sauna made up for it.

I had a great stay at Gran Estanplaza Berrini. The breakfast was delicious, especially the "show kitchen." I loved the complimentary "afternoon cafe" in front of the elevators, it was the perfect snack at just the right time.
Although I enjoyed my stay, I did notice that the internet was very expensive and had a tendency to drop constantly. This was a drawback for me, but overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel had exclusive amenities such as a spa centre and an indoor swimming pool which made my stay feel luxurious. The service provided by the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond my expectations. The room had some exclusive advantages such as a private balcony which provided a beautiful view of the city.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was regarding the breakfast, where the variety of options was limited when compared to other luxury hotels I have stayed in.

The rooms were cozy with a fine design, and spacious for Sao Paulo standards. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, making my husband's birthday special with complementary gifts and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to shopping malls and restaurants, allowing us to experience the local culture and friendship. the Gran Estamplaza provided excellent facilities and amenities for a comfortable stay.
We felt really comfortable during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
